We are seeking for a passionate IT Specialist, willing to develop his technical skills and language skills working in an international environment. The candidate will be involved in providing high-level technical support, solve complex level of problems using broad and in-depth product knowledge. Provide solutions that satisfy customers which will involve strong problem solving skills, dealing with sensitive customers and mission critical support.

CERINTE

•Design, administration and/or support experience with Microsoft Exchange (5.5, 2000, 2003, 2007)
•Knowledge of Microsoft Exchange concepts like Mailbox Databases, Mail Routing, Virtual Servers, Address Books and Lists, Recipient Update Services, performance tuning and hardware design, Public Folders, migrations and interop between different Exchange versions, clustering, messaging protocols
•Knowledge of Active Directory and TCP/IP Networking
•Familiar with Exchange Anti-Spam, Anti-Virus, Backup solutions
•Familiar with troubleshooting tools like ExBPA, Perfmon, Netwotk tracing
•Knowledge of messaging systems (Exchange competitors) eg: Lotus Notes, PostFix, QMail, etc.
•Strong working knowledge of English and German or French (verbal and written) it’s a must;
•Communication skills in international environment;
•Willingness to improve technical skills and language skills;
•Very good team player;
•Customer-oriented attitude;
