The candidate will communicate with customers, internal and external engineers via electronic correspondence or telephone. Will solve complex level of problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product. Provide solutions that satisfy customers, which will involve handling difficult situations. Take an active role in challenging and suggesting enhancements on existing processes and workflows. Develop own technical knowledge on products/technologies related to the team scope.
You will need very good knowledge of English and German (mandatory), charisma, determination and motivation to work with customers, pasion for IT, along with IT background
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (Forest, Domains, AD Partitions, FSMO roles, DC/GC specifics, Sites, AD replication, ADAM, AD Backup/Restore, Group Policy, AD security etc) and file replication mechanism (NTFRS/sysvol replication, DFSr).
- Good understanding of the network and authentication protocols (SMB/CIFS, DNS, RPC, LDAP, Kerberos, NTLM, etc).
- Good understanding of security principles (User profiles, authentication, authorization, PKI: EFS/SmartCard/Certificates…)
