The candidate will communicate with customers, internal and external engineers via electronic correspondence or telephone. Will solve complex level of problems, involving broad, in-depth product knowledge or in-depth product. Provide solutions that satisfy customers, which will involve handling difficult situations. Take an active role in challenging and suggesting enhancements on existing processes and workflows. Develop own technical knowledge on products/technologies related to the team scope.
You will need very good knowledge of English and German, charisma, determination and motivation to work with customers, pasion for IT, along with IT background.
Depending on your level of seniority, at least two of following criteria are mandatory:
- Knowledge of the HTTP/HTML, Scripting with VB, Java
- Web Server knowledge, IIS6 or other Web Applications
- Networking knowledge (TCP/IP, Infrastructure)
- Operating system (Windows 2000, XP, 2003; NLB, DNS, Networking, Protocols, Domain – MCSE 2000/2003)
