RESPONSABILITATI

- Assist in the management of the EU Framework Contract activities for Lot 2 (Transport, Water and Sanitation Infrastructure, both Urban and Rural), Lot 4 (Energy and Nuclear Safety), Lot 6 (Environment) and Lot 12 (Standards).
- Assist in the preparation of pre-qualification documents and technical and financial proposals.
- The above two responsibilities include the following tasks:
-- Contacting internal MWH staff, contacting external partner companies, and finding individual free-lance experts to fulfil the roles required by the project terms of reference;
-- Preparation of project methodology;
-- Preparing project budgets;
-- Production of bid material.
- Maintaining contact with experts and clients in project areas.
- Support our environmental, health & safety practice group serving industry:
- Providing on-the-ground support for environmental studies and investigations
- Coordinating activities with some of the subcontractors
- Providing technical and language support in interactions with local environmental regulators


CERINTE

- University degree in environmental science or engineering;
- Self-motivated professional with 2-3 years of proven experience in all aspects of project management;
- Experience with management of EU-funded projects or programmes would be an asset;
- Familiar with development and environmental issues;
- Familiar with environmental, health & safety regulations affecting industry;
- Familiar with Romanian legislation related to environment;
- Fluent in English; additional European languages would be an asset;
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills;
- IT knowledge (Microsoft Office suite, Lotus Notes, design packages).
