Nature of work/description of work - Working environments are adapted to the project: - spending most of a working day in the office, or traveling to the projects’ locations;
- working internally with a team OF PROJECT MANAGERS and externally with other engineering and scientific disciplines as well as with clients, contractors, architects, bankers, lawyers or government officials;
- meet deadlines and designed standards under pressure;
- constantly updating knowledge and skills to keep up with advancements in this rapidly changing field.
RESPONSIBILITIES -
- supervises the execution of building projects
- contract management and monitoring delivery terms;
- determines project requirements in terms of human resources, quality, time-schedule, equipment, and materials;
- estimates costs and monitor expenditures;
- applying technical knowledge of various construction methods to the basic principles of planning, organizing, financing, managing and operating a construction project;
- acquisitions;
- Degree of Technical University
- PC Skills (MS-Office, planning software)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in international building construction project management;
- Flexibility, team spirit, professional attitude;
- Fluent in German, basic knowledge in English
- good communication skills;
- the ability to analyze data/info, review calculations and prepare cost estimates;
- abilities required for the acquisitions process;
- the ability to think logically and solve problems;
- team leader and team player;
- capacity for details;
- Driving licence: B;
- Loyal, highly motivated, organised.
