SUBORDINATES: PROJECT MANAGERS
LOCATION: Bucharest
MISSION:
Individually coordinates all General Entrepreneurs’ projects specialized in civil construction;
Technical and commercial responsibilities.
Nature of work/description of work:
Working environments are adapted to the project:
spending most of a working day in the office, or traveling to the projects’ locations;
working internally with a team OF PROJECT MANAGERS and externally with other engineering and scientific disciplines, contractors, project owners, architects, bankers, lawyers or government officials;
meet deadlines and designed standards under pressure;
constantly updating knowledge and skills to keep up with advancements in this rapidly changing field.
determines project requirements in terms of human resources, quality, time-schedule, equipment, and materials;
estimates costs and monitor expenditures;
applying technical knowledge of various construction methods to the basic principles of planning, organizing, financing, managing and operating a construction project;
supervises the technical support provided by the project managers for personnel, contractors and construction workers;
acquisitions;
contract management and monitoring delivery terms;
PC Skills (MS-Office);
Minimum 5 years of experience in civil construction project management;
7 years experience in Project Management;
Minimum 2 large projects (10-20 mil euros), one in a foreign country;
Estimation & site technician experience;
Multinational company experience;
Flexibility, team spirit, professional attitude;
Fluent in German/English;
Technical degree Construction University – Civil Construction Faculty;
good communication skills;
the ability to analyze data/info, review calculations and prepare cost estimates;
abilities required for the acquisitions process;
the ability to think logically and solve problems;
team leader and team player;
capacity for details;
Driving licence: B;
