Responsibilities
? Support from the technical point of view the sales department;
? In charge of technical offers, presentations, training;
? Investigate the needs of the clients, help and train them to use the products;
? Provide technical assistance, advice and accurate information;
? Establish and maintain great cooperation with managed clients, through excellent business orientation skills;
Requirements
? At least 1-2 years in a similar position (soft development/ IT services);
? University degree, preferable in Computer Science, Information technology or related;
? Good understanding of technical concepts and solutions;
? Great written and spoken English;
? Client-oriented, strong communication skills, dynamism;
? Problem-solving abilities, target-oriented;
? Previous experience with Windows, Unix/Linux, Internet protocols and concepts;
? Self-motivated, with good teamwork skills;
? Ambition and willingness to learn more.
