ROYALTY JOBS INTERNATIONAL is seeking for KINGSPAN,
leading global player in design and manufacture of high quality insulated roof & wall systems for the construction industry, a Technical Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- perform a variety of specialized administrative support functions (such as: generating and formulating load tables, quantity survey for quotations; detailing; accessories specification, keeping in touch with technical departments of the group, supporting specific literatures - leaflets, brochures, manual) that require at least minimum knowledge of the terminology, procedures and practices for their functional areas, with a significant degree of independence and accountability for results;
- perform technical support of a department’s core functions and processes, examples of which will include: technical support to sales team and customer service team on-line, on-phone, on-site;
- offer customer support to clients in need;
- build and maintain relationships with: Authorities; Associations of Construction Industry; Universities, Colleges and any other associations related with its domain of activity;
- organize and sustain training support to Customer Service and Salesmen.
- graduated / student (Architectural, Constructions specializations preferred);
- specific technical knowledge;
- + 6 month working experience;
- strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
- verbal and written communication skills;
- experience of managing multiple tasks;
- MS Office and AutoCAD knowledge;
- business and communication English fluency is mandatory;
- driving license.
