RESPONSABILITATI

Abroad mission operations:
- Local support centers reinforcement for work on overload periods
- Contribute to worldwide support centers level enhancement
- Installation (from hardware to application level), integration and internal acceptances
- On-site deployment and service launch, dedicated monitoring & dedicated support
- Operational assistance for ESG customers (day to day exploitation procedure creation and enhancement)

Office work
- Works mainly on 8*5 business hours basis – some night interventions might be requested.
- Supports the Centralized Technical Customer Support engineers to handle complex incidents and to share the know-how and enhance the team s skills
- Transfers to team members the know-how for operating, monitoring and supporting the ESG products


CERINTE

Proven Knowledge of UNIX-type Operating Systems (System Usage/Administration Level).
Familiarity with database engines administration and standard SQL queries (Informix, Oracle)
Medium knowledge of shell scripting.
Degree in engineering - with main focus on telecommunications and computer science.
Customer focus and conscientious attitude towards problem resolution.
Team player who is self motivated and can work independently.
Willing and able to learn quickly new skills and technologies.
Excellent customer relationship skills and service orientation
Advanced level of English is a must, French is a plus.
Availability for medium and long-term abroad missions.
