- Providing support in setting the production equipment in the plant
- Increasing productivity and cost reduction
- Reducing process reject activity and equipment downtime
- Forecasting and establishing production capacity from an engineering point of view
- Making plans for equipment investment
- University degree level education (Technical field)
- Working experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, especially in start-ups, would be considered an asset
- Experience with calculation of OEE (Overall Efficiency Equipment) and PFA (Process Failure Analysis) would be an advantage
- Demonstrated planning and organizing skills
- Good Team player, honesty and interpersonal sensitivity
- Computer skills and good knowledge of English
