- IT background that will enable understanding of Customer Operations and IT infrastructure
- Understanding and ability to answer questions related to network, IT security, usability
- Excellent English skills (spoken & written)
- Willing to travel abroad when required
Will be a plus:
- Experience supporting enterprise accounts
- Experience with large deployment of software or hardware to an enterprise - service delivery plan
- Development of deployment plans to the enterprise
- Experience with Device Management during and after deployment including reporting
- Experience presenting concepts to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience sharing "ownership" of accounts with Sales Engineers/Sales Team
- Experience with SIM card concept and usability
