RESPONSABILITATI

For the Customer Sales and Support Department, for handling the technical aspects of the company’s relations with strategic customer.
The role involves end to end management of all technical aspects of an account including delivery of solution through constant customer satisfaction. The candidate will be required to work with other Alvarion’s team members to deliver a project to the customers. This position requires familiarity with Radio Network Planning.
• Implements and supports customer loyalty, retention, and communication programs.
• Identifies Professional Services opportunities and sells services that promote expanded use of Alvarion’s products across the customer's network.
• Promotes and sustains a high-level of communication between all Alvarion teams to ensure customer challenges and opportunities are clearly understood.
• Listens to Customer needs and determines how Alvarion’s products can be applied to solve those needs, communicates proposed solutions which have direct application and significant benefits, and gains the Customer's confidence that the proposed solutions will be successful.
• Establishes and maintains executive level relationships with customers.
• Documents and responds to Customer inquires and problems, and maintains a high level of customer satisfaction.
• Works to identify and clarifies customer concerns and objections that limit their confidence and willingness to expand the use Alvarion’s solutions. Applies knowledge of Alvarion, other Customers, and competition to leverage Alvarion’s strengths and resolve these issues


CERINTE

10 years of relevant technical experience with customer related jobs
• Expertise in Wireless Radio and Radio Design
• Expertise in networking and familiarity with TCP/IP and VoIP
• Experience with handling customers
• Self motivated with excellent team-work capabilities
• Serviceability and excellent human relations
• Prior pre-sales / project management experience will be a definite plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English.
