For our international METRO-Group-wide Portal- and Archiving as well as Scanning Solutions we are looking for a Technical Second Level Supporter.
Your area of responsibility includes a multitude of tasks, like ticket analysis and dispatching from our international customers. Furthermore problem and root cause analysis as well as specifications for bugfixing are within the scope of this position and thus care for top quality in our products.
You are in contact with the First Level Support at our customer and act as single point of contact.
You are responsible for:
-Problem identification
-Problem classification
-Problem analysis and solution
-Problem dispatching (routing) to responsible Third Level Support organization units
-Deployment of various scan client soft- and hardware (remote or online packaged distribution) for our worldwide locations
As well as for:
-Targeted support including information of organizational units
-Problem/ incident reporting with trend analysis
As a perspective further deployment tasks in international deployment projects for our Archiving solutions is an option.
-Successfully completed course of studies in Computer Science, Information Technology or an education in a comparable area.
-At least 3 years of job experience in following areas:
-Document Management
-SAP Archiving (ArchiveLink)
-Archive systems e.g. IBM Filenet, SAP Content Server, PBS Content Link
-Scanning Solutions or Scan Clients e.g. IBM Filenet Capture and Brainware Capture
oIdeally SAP FiCo and SAP Retail
-Ideally certified in one or more of the target areas
-Good English language skills
-Excellent communication and team skills
-Analytical and result oriented thinking
-Customer and service orientation
