We offer traineeships in HP SAP competency centers around the world (Slovakia, Bulgaria, Costa Rica, Philippines and Malaysia). The Traineeship begins in Bratislava, Slovakia and will last between 18 months to 3 years. You will face interesting challenges and become acquainted with HP as an international company. Traineeships are also an excellent stepping-stone to a career with HP!
We lead a small group of qualified prospects throughout the programe to acquire an in-depth view of our business and organization, our customers and their needs. You will begin to contribute to HP’s success and simultaneously gain experience, develop your skills and reinforce your knowledge. Interaction with other HP employees in different countries and international experiences will help you to gain an understanding of both our industry and our corporation worldwide.

This particular traineeships require Information Technology and/or related studies / background with a good level of English skills.

- Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Management Information Systems or equivalent experience
- Knowledge of UNIX or Linux system administration

What will happen during the Trainee Programe?
You will start with an introduction, getting to know HP and what we stand for. You will also get to know the other trainees, which will help you to build the network for your future career at HP.
The Trainee Programme is divided into several periods of training and gaining practical experience. These periods will be spent in different parts of our organization and in different countries. You will receive intense training and take part in ongoing projects and assignments. Throughout all periods you will have coaches who will guide and advice you.
As a trainee you are hired into a specific position, in a specific country. Throughout the Trainee Programme you will be in contact with your future home country and your future team. This will allow you to be well prepared for your work after the trainee year and to make the most out of your trainee time with respect to your future position.
