Responsibilities:
-Coordinate Technical Support Engineers team
- Ensure consistency in operational planning and execution
- Conduct regular business reviews with all EMEA teams
- Manage the team in order to deliver highest level of customer satisfaction
- Manage case wellness in the team
- Measure, maintain and improve delivery processes flows
- Train and coach staff in all relevant process
- Ensure team understands job and business requirements and build team empowerment.
- Hire technical engineers
- Provide all relevant information to the Unit Manager to build the budget planning and mid-year-review results
- Lead in special projects in conjunction with other departments
-Successful track record in managing people and business; 3+ years people management experience
- Experience in a similar industry (IT&C, telecom, banking, insurance)
- Communication skills in global environment
- Ability to initiate and build good working relationships
- Knowledge of budget planning and controlling
- Knowledge / familiarity of product(s) / technology(s) is an advantage
- Fluency in English; French or German is a plus
