Our Client is a $4.1bn global provider of IT Services, Outsourced R&D, Infrastructure Outsourcing, Business Process Services, and Business Consulting. With 25 years in the global delivery of technology services, it is the world’s largest third-party provider of R&D services and the world’s first PCMM and CMM level company.
For its Romania Office we are looking for an Team Leader .
Main responsibilities:
- To direct, control and motivate the team to maximize performance in all aspects of their role; 15 people through two decisional levels.
- To ensure technical support for an online application (voice 25%, non voice 75%)
- To ensure the information regarding the process stage to stakeholders/project manager/program managers
- To ensure sound and appropriate communication with customer(s) at all times. The necessary follow-up through emails, telephones and faxes is solicited.
- To manage profitability of the engagement at the agreed level
- Reporting
- Experience in technical support (IT or telecom)
- Experience in third party companies (BPO, call center, shared services center)
- 3-4 years work experience; prior experience of 1-2 years in leading a team
- Experience in reporting
- Perfect knowledge of verbal and written English and a second European language
- Literacy in Computers (proficient in MS Office, especially Excel)
- University degree;
- Good analytical skills
- Good communication skills
- Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills
- Strong Organization/administration skills
- Ability to remain calm and efficient under stress.
