- Smooth and reliable day by day operations in all the technology platforms (PC, PDA, mobile and fixed phones, servers, data center facilities, network);
- Policy and standards: assure that standards and policies are in place;
- Help desk coordination: call management, problem management, asset management, PC build, administration tasks;
- Technology project management: lead the implementation of local technology initiatives in the company, as well as support regional initiatives of implementation;
- Technology support for business projects: supporting the business projects on the specific tasks related to technology infrastructure.
- People management: manage a team of 3 people, including recruitment, development, training, promotion etc.
- University graduate (preferably IT profile);
- Minimum 4 years experience with Microsoft platforms and technologies (Windows, SQL Server, Intel platforms, wan and lan networks);
- Experince in working in complex technical environments;
- Very good English skills;
- Strong analytical and coaching skills;
- Team-player;
- Customer-oriented.
