The Romanian Flex team is looking for highly motivated people to join the Quality Engineering team. You'll have a unique opportunity to help shape the product through hands on use and low level testing, where automation plays an integral part in our test strategy. You'll work closely with a team of dedicated and passionate people who care about the customer and each other. - Create specifications and testing plans for complex features
- Discover and isolate product flaws quickly and effectively.
- Design and implement automated test cases
- Publish and interpret analyses of QA testing.
- Work with a highly dedicated team in a fast-paced, productive environment.
Knowledge & Skills:
- B.S. or M.S. degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent.
- Four or more years experience as a quality assurance engineer or web developer
- Experience in quality assurance process with a focus on functionality and performance testing.
- At least three years experience working with Internet applications and/or server products
- Experience programming in Java J2EE
- Working knowledge of J2EE app servers (configuration, deployment, clustering, etc) including WebSphere, Weblogic, JBoss, etc.
- Expertise building and deploying web applications with JSP, ASP, or Cold Fusion.
- Familiarity with unit test tools such as JUnit, NUnit, or ASUnit
- Build and automation experience using ANT
- Experience testing client-server software.
- Working knowledge of SQL and database applications.
- Experience with Windows and Unix/Linux environment.
