- Conceives (with the support of the Division Manager) the annual business plan of the department led, in accordance with the strategy of the company and the business plan of the Business Unit.
- Decides actions in order to reach targeted Turnover and other objectives at department level.
- Suggests and supervises the implementations of the necessary actions to improve the activity of the department and the performance indicators.
- Organizes monthly meetings with the coordinators of the department to discuss the activity, decides and follows the necessary actions to improve the activity.
- Supervises how projects are assigned to the subordinated teams, in order to maintain a balanced workload.
- Decides measures to keep production errors at a low level, monitors, controls and evaluates them.
- Coordinates people management actions in the department: regular staff evaluations, staff development plans, job rotations, training actions.
- Performs monthly conferences with the main clients of the department about the cooperation between the parties and follows the actions decided.
- Analyzes projects actual at project level: timings, cost, planning and take actions to improve efficiency.
- Demonstrates good management, organizational and project management ability.
- Ability to plan effectively and work under pressure;
- Results oriented, dynamic and self-motivated person;
- Experience in providing solutions, performing analysis and reports.
- A proactive and flexible person;
- Experience and ability to teach or instruct others (including persons who do not have a technical background).
- Fluency in English. French would be a plus.
