¿ University degree in Economics;
¿ at least 4 years of professional accounting experience;
¿ Experience as a team lead in the past (people, budget, results and quality responsibility);
¿ Good knowledge of accounting standards (IFRS/IAS);
¿ English proficiency (written and verbal);
¿ Good analytical and communication skills;
¿ Pragmatic work approach, high motivation and initiative taking;
Very good knowledge of payroll processes (salaries/wages, social contributions, taxes, timesheets, payments, legal requirements);
