RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage a team of around 10-20 people, being responsible for the team and individual performance of team members;
- Co-ordinate 1 to 3 simultaneous telemarketing projects;
- Monitor the results according to the targets, propose and implement improvement actions;
- Participate at designing of the sale scripts;
- Participate to the selection of new call center agents, to their training and periodical evaluation;


CERINTE

- University Graduate;
- At least 2 years working experience in a call center, with one year in people management position;
- Fluency in written and spoken English; a second foreign language (French, German or Italian) is a plus
- Very good computer skills (MS Office);
- Good abilities to coordinate a team;
- Very good communication and analytical skills;
- Able to work with tight deadlines;
- Positive attitude, team spirit;
