RESPONSABILITATI

- Responsibility for the monitoring and control of Loan Administration department to ensure the registration of all data related to lending activities;
- Ensures the monitoring and gets involved in organizing specific Loan Adminidtration activity;
- Ensures the products testing and issues the decisions/suggestions on the results;
- Gets involved in projects that requires participation of Loan Administration or have impact on the specific activity;
- Decides on assigning people for apecific unusual activities or projects that require involvment of Loan Administration.


CERINTE

- University degree preferable in Economics;
- Bank experience( experience of bank loan operations, loan administration, payments, bookkeeping or related accounting and controlling area);
- Experience in managing people;
- Ability to meet dead-lines and to work under-pressure;
- Very well organised, self-disciplined, task-oriented person;
- Very good english level;
- Management competencies: managing performance, managing and developing people and managing business process, project management knowledge.
