- We select TEAM LEADER - IT Client Service for our client, a leading multinational company in outsourcing and consultancy.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and monitor the IT Staff¿s team to achieve efficiency and to respect the service level agreements
- Responsible for the servicing platform IT support activity
- At least 3 years of experience in managing an IT operation team with competency in customer support
- Technical competency in IT;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Strong leadership and people management skills;
- Excellent English
- French or Italian would be an advantage.
