-Prepare special analytical Accounts Payable reports & metrics
-Research production issues & perform root cause analysis to identify production error or compliance issues and coordinate the team response
-Coordinate team production meetings and lead the analysis of production results/workload
-Monitor process workflow and assist Accounts Payable colleagues as needed to balance workload
-Co-ordinate with the Service & Quality Team and attend meetings with other internal and external Peer to Peer related functions necessary for ongoing successful operations.
-Help to create a work atmosphere conducive to a high degree of integrity and teamwork
-Support the development of invoice processing colleagues ensuring staff are motivated through effective performance management
-Develop effective working relationships with key stakeholders to maximize customer service and meet Service Level Agreements
-Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement and innovate solutions so the team can operate in an efficient and cost effective manner
-Proactive involvement in determining and implementing best practices
-Handle the team assigned, in terms of monthly feedback, monthly/weekly meetings, and annual appraisals. Development of the team members being the key focus
-Customer Management – Manage the expectations of the customers / markets assigned
-Available to travel abroad, for 8 weeks, starting with 11 June
-Position is located in Bucharest
-Economics university graduate
-Fluency in English and in another European language.
-Very good knowledge on accounts payable processes
-Leadership skills (motivating, feedback, coaching, action oriented, delivering results)
-Demonstrates Leadership traits
-Good customer service skills
-Good written and oral communication skills
-Good negotiating and influencing skills
-Excellent PC skills: MS Office User, MS Excel, MS Word
