- Manage the team of Legal Advisers/In House Lawyers, being responsible for its performance;
- Set-up and follow up/or update appropriate legal collection processes;
- Apply compliance with all legal & internal requirements.
- Law University Graduate;
- Min. 3 years of working experience from which min. 1 year in legal collections related field;
- Proven leadership, time management, drive for results and problems solving capabilities;
- Positive and client oriented attitude;
- Self-starter and determined person;
- Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
- Very good communication, negotiation and analytical skills;
- Good knowledge of English language;
- Computer knowledge (MS Office);
- Clean driving license (B category).
