The Team Leader for Retail Operations works in an European, multicultural and multilingual channel business environment. He or she is responsible for the daily operational support to a group of Retail Operations Specialist and to the Transaction Processing Center. Additionally he/she plays a key role in helping and supporting the Business Operation Manager lead the regional Consumer Business Support team in an organizational environment that is characterized by high customer focus, speed, change and constant evolution.

The position includes responsibilities such as
-Provide daily Retail Operations Specialist support
-Provide daily Transaction Processing Center support, managing on-going interaction with the Center, finding solutions to queries and issues raised and providing coaching and training as needed
-Work to avoid issues — coordinate and monitor orders and claims using defined tools and reports
-Ensure that policies, legal regulations and audit requirements are met


CERINTE

-Fluent in English and German, written and spoken
-Previous work experience in a customer facing environment
-University Degree in Business or equivalent
-Strong team player
-Ability to manage diversity

-Excellent communication and training skills
-Solution oriented

-Problem solving abilities

-Good coaching and leadership skills
