- Graduate with experience in similar environments like Order Management, Customer Service, Contract Administration
- 3-4 years of work experience
- Prior experience of leading a team is a must
- Experience in third party, BPO or shared services center
- Good communication skills and proficient in English and German or French or Italian or Portuguese or Spanish
- Good Analytical Skills
