RESPONSABILITATI

-Will be directly responsible for minimum 10 associates / process developers
-Co-ordinate with support functions like transition, training, quality, hiring, legal, risk on process requirements
-Directly responsible to meet all agreed SLA’s & KPI’s for the process
-Associate hiring as per specific skill set & Customer requirement
-Monthly / quarterly / yearly reviews for minimum 10 associates
-Attrition control
-Control P/L for the process
-Regular updated to business


CERINTE

-Experience of minimum 3 years in contract administration processes
-English and German mandatory required
-Experience in managing teams

The Contract Admin process takes care of critical service delivery activities for Client’s Sales team.
The process Associates will receive purchase orders, will compare them with the quote documentation, will have to identify gaps / issues, to process the PO in the ERP system, to pull relevant reports and will co-ordinate directly with Client’s account managers
