RESPONSABILITATI

- Being responsible for the day to day operational management of the team: Team Performance, coverage, point of escalation, Team and individual assessments, analysis and reporting of performances to different audiences;
- Motivating a team of 10 members and drive the performance to a good and sustainable level with high customer satisfaction. Identify projects, involve team and improve performances;
- Communication with the customer, regular operational mechanisms to discuss team performances and make action plans according to feedback;
- Ensure Key Performance Indicators are met with the pre-defined objectives in the various MSA/ SOW documents;
- Identify training, coaching and buddying opportunities and needs for all team members;
- Drive standardization and productivity improvement within the team;
- Share best practices across teams;
- Improve process capability


CERINTE

- University degree;
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Management position (preferably in a similar position);
- Fluency in English;
- Leadership skills (motivating, feed back, coaching, developing direct reports, action oriented, delivering results);
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Outstanding customer-orientation and energizing attitude;
- Analytical skills and experience in commercial activities is a great plus
- Proven leadership skills and the willingness to work in a changing environment with flexibility and adaptability
