RESPONSABILITATI

Team Leader Collection:
Descrierea postului:
- Coordinates and supervises all collection teams in call center;
- Sets and implements business plans, business strategies and operational activities in line with the company’s policies;
- Ensures the business unit efficient functioning and target achievements;
- Elaborates and analyzes productivity reports and, based on this, proposes and applies measures to increase the productivity;
- Responsible for drawing (working closely with managerial board) and reaching the targets (monitories, anticipates and evaluates results);
- Ensures the development of new and strategic key accounts customers;
- Maintains close relationship with clients' representatives.

Dorim sa se alature echipei noastre din Call Center persoane dinamice, deschise si flexibile care vor avea urmatoarele responsabilitati:
- contactarea clientilor in vederea recuperarii debitelor restante;
- oferirea de informatii asupra debitelor restante si a modalitatilor de plata;
- introducerea de informatii in aplicatia software interna;
- incheierea de angajamente de plata cu clientii.


CERINTE

Team Leader:
University degree (technical, IT, economical or related fields);
- At least 1-2 years experience in the same position in call center or related fields;
- Ability to plan, organize, analyze, prioritize and meet deadlines;
- Capacity to face challenges in a complex and demanding environment;
- Strong interpersonal and leader skills, reporting skills, team player;
- Fluency in English;
- Strong PC skills - MS Office (mandatory);
- Experience with a dedicated software is a major plus

Agent colectare creante:
- absolvent de studii superioare - de preferinta sau student la o forma de invatamant cu frecventa redusa;
- limba engleza - nivel mediu;
- cunostinte PC - avantaj;
- experienta anterioara in call center ori in relatii cu clientii (avantaj);
- foarte bune aptitudini de comunicare, capacitate de a invata rapid, claritate in exprimare, dinamism, initiativa, capacitatea de a lucra in echipa, putere de convingere, atentie la detalii;
- atitudine orientata catre client.
