- Manage a team of around 10 people being responsible for the team and individual performance of team members. This includes the following activities: set objectives, measure results, give feedback, coordinate, support, control and motivate;
- Analyze daily performance (call center, collected amounts, etc.) of the team, as required. Monitor the team results against targets, identify variances and reasons for variances, propose actions to company management in order to improve his/her area of activity, and implement agreed actions in a timely manner;
- Set up together with direct manager the appropriate collection strategy agreed for new clients and / or update strategies for existing clients;
- Responsible for collection results for our clients including: achievement of set targets, work procedures, periodic reporting and new actions implementation.
- At least 1 year experience in collection with proven very good results;
- Very good communication and analytical skills;
- Client oriented;
- Able to work under pressure and with tight deadlines;
- Perseverance and drive for results;
- Adaptability, positive attitude;
- Proactive, capacity to react and find optimum solutions in difficult situation.
