Be part of an international team developing one of the industry's leading test tools for emulating real-world applications to predict device and system performance under realistic load conditions by emulating hundreds of protocols across thousands of network endpoints. It requires an immediate and significant technical contribution to complex object oriented software development including architecture, functional and design specifications, implementations, development testing and bug-fixing.
We are looking for a Team Lead who will actively develop infrastructural GUI and middleware components for Windows applications under .NET framework in C#, a person with excellent programming knowledge and significant experience in developing commercial software. The Team Lead will also be responsible for leading over team members by providing regular technical direction in development activities, providing clear and effective communication of issues, status, and direction and representing the team in technical discussions and decisions with other internal teams.
This position requires enthusiasm and willingness to work in the network testing development field, excellent problem solving skills, dedication and self motivation, very good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
* Experience developing C# Windows applications
* Expert in Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOA/OOD)
* Expert in GUI and middleware development on Windows
* Experience in inter-process, inter-thread communication and threads synchronization
* Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), proactive attitude and team player
* Mentoring skills and willingness to help others
* Highly organized and detail oriented
* University degree in Computer Science or equivalent required;
* Experience with .NET programming and deep understanding on .NET framework mechanisms
* Proven to be performance driven and fast learner
* Experience in networking programming and networking protocols knowledge.
