RESPONSABILITATI

Responsible to drive and meet process SLAs in addition to his/her teams SLAs.
Thorough process knowledge and ability to incorporate it effectively.
Understands and communicates effectively within the team.
Managing the team including absenteeism, attrition, team issues,training requirements to run operations smoothly as per the requirement
Acknowledging and resolving internal & client issues or escalations on time.
Escalating issues to client and senior management on time.
Ensure that the process is prepared to meet Internal/External audits and all mandatory guidelines related to data protection are followed.
Ensure all adhoc tasks such as MIS,reporting, performance appraisals is completed on time.
Driving Productivity/Quality improvement initiatives and other service improvements within the team.

CERINTE

Fluency in English with strong verbal and writing skills – C1 language level required
• Minimum 1 year experience in BPO or relevant industry preferred
• Decision-making skills
• Proven ability to lead and develop employees by identifying learning and communication styles thus responding with appropriate levels of coaching, mentoring, discipline and support
• Good communication skills – written and verbal & influencing skills
• Knowledge of MS Office basics
• Presentation skills
• Ability to work under time pressure
• Time Management & Stress Management
• Good team player, multi-tasking
• Conflict resolution and problem solving
• Analytical & methodical thinking, attention to detail
• Bachelor's Level Degree or equivalent
