Monitors and manages on daily basis the staff performance and ensures direct reports meet their individual objectives and perform to establish standards
Takes timely action to coach, develop, train and motivates direct reports in order to improve their performance
Ensures professional customer care.
Manages the targets, activities and achievements of the team.
Supports the Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager and other support functions in administration activities.
Supports/prepares reporting.
Relevant professional (general accounting) and leadership expertise;
Very Good Knowledge of Hungarian Language is a must
Mandatory Team Management experience (appraisals, feedback, development, etc.)
Accounting Certification is desirable(CECCAR, ACCA, etc)
BA or MA in Economics/ Accounting
SAP or other integrated ERP knowledge;
Fluent in English;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Strong business acumen and initiative;
Outstanding customer-orientation and energizing attitude
Willing to relocate to Bucharest
