- Monitors and manages on daily basis the staff performance and ensures direct reports meet their individual objectives and perform to establish standards
- Takes timely action to coach, develop, train and motivates direct reports in order to improve their performance
- Ensures professional customer care.
- Manages the targets, activities and achievements of the team.
- Supports the Operations Manager/Senior Operations Manager and other support functions in administration activities.
- Supports/prepares reporting.
·Relevant professional and leadership expertise; BA or MA in Economics/ Accounting;
·SAP or other integrated ERP knowledge;
·Fluent in German and English;
·Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
·Strong business acumen and initiative;
·Outstanding customer-orientation and energizing attitude
