This position is part of the production team under the direction of the Team Leader.
Responsibilities:
- Organization of day-to-day programming activity;
- Provide support to the Programming team;
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators;
- Regular team activity reports;
- Periodic staff evaluation.
- University graduated (in a technical field, preferably related to IT or Computer Science)
- Minimum 1 year experience in a previous middle management position.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite;
- Understanding of issues related to survey programming;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Solid knowledge of English;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines;
- A proactive and flexible person, able to plan effectively and work under pressure;
- Structured, logical thinking;
- Good organization skills;
- Proven ability to work with people, coordinate and motivate them.
