RESPONSABILITATI

- Manage respective teams and the delivery for specific queues
- Be engaged in daily, weekly and monthly calls with stakeholders/project manager/program managers
- Manage profitability of the engagement at the agreed level


CERINTE

-Graduate with 4 years relevant experience in BPO/Shared services center
- Minimum 2 years experience in managing a medium size team (min. 20 people), both people management and operations responsibilities
- Proficiency in English and preferably proficiency in a second European language
- Analytical skills
- MSOffice (mandatory previous experience in reporting and professional presentations)
- Preferably exposure to Supply chain area (order management, procurement, contract administration)
