Team Assistant
• Acting as the initial point of contact for the office to coordinate the flow of information to managers, co-workers and vendors by telephone, email or in person
• Support the implementation of new HR system, offering active input and being an important part of the delivery team
• Ability to grasp the structure of the business, departments and locations and start to develop relationships
• Managing phone calls, general emails, mail and visitors
• Managing office supplies and equipment needs.
• Market, product and client research
• Assisting in development of client presentations
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field required
• Detail oriented
• Excellent organizational skills
• Customer service experience
• Ability to meet performance deadlines and expectations
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• English - advanced
