Five years ago, HP launched its Direct business to deliver solutions and services directly from HP through a customizable direct relationship or via a 1st Tier, to large and enterprise customers. Since then, this business has been growing at a very rapid pace, in the revenue generated as well as the number of customers served, and competes directly with Dell.

As a team Administrator you will be responsible for supporting a team of almost 200 employees in daily office administration operations, coordinating the office expenses activity, office equipment and inventory maintenance, office supply ordering and management.

The Team Admin is accountable for performing general and specific administrative tasks involved by the functional departments. She/he is the main contact on admin related matters for employees and management, assists and provides logistic and financial operations and assumes the ownership for all the escalations related to administrative issues. The Team Admin follows the procedures and guidelines in the daily tasks, having full admin responsibility for the general activities, processes and tasks assigned to her/him. She/he is responsible for operational excellence, customer satisfaction and financial objectives received at department, Team or individual level.
The Team Admin assists her/his Manager in leading and coordinating the Office activities, searches for relevant information, assists with analysis, compiles data for reports, and manages work processes following manager’s directions and other established administrative procedures. She/he is the first one responsible for protecting company’s property, assets and security.

Responsibilities:

Polices and procedures
- Coordinates facilities planning and develops procedures to control and assign office space and equipment.
- Participates in the planning activity of department policies and operations; ensures the fiscal, operational and personnel practices are in compliance with regulations; assists and provides inputs to determine strategic objectives for the department; interprets company and department policies and advises personal on their provisions.

Financial responsibilities
- Oversees and coordinates the office expenses activity, operates within budget’s limits for purchasing, inventory management and travel activities by following the HP and subcontractor’s procedures in place.

Office administration and operations
- Under general supervision, plans, organizes, and manages the integrated administrative activities ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures regarding office administration.
- Acts as the main day-to-day administrative and operational liaison with other departments on behalf of the office management and functional Teams, manages daily administrative operations in the organization, supervises and trains all office employees regarding the administrative procedures, as appropriate for the position they have.

Equipment and inventory
- Maintains the office equipment functionality, verifies if there are no abuses regarding the usage of office materials and equipment, and takes prompt actions whenever misuses occur in order to ensure the right protection of the office goods and materials.

We are looking for the following minimum

Requirements:
- Economics/Commercial or Technical studies.
- Previous accounting or office administration experience would be considered as
a big plus.
- Good communication skills (verbal and written).
- Fluent English, other languages are a plus.
- Team player, customer oriented, good organization skills, accuracy detail
oriented, ability to work under stress and handle multiple tasks at one time is
highly required.
- Able to make administrative/procedural decisions and judgments.
- Good PC skills, excellent knowledge on MS Office is a must.
