- construirea si livrarea de training-uri si assesment conform nevoilor
- gestionarea sesiunilor de training si a celor de induction
- oferirea de suport informational tuturor angajatilor
Cerinte:
- Absolvent de studii superioare in domeniul Administrarii Afacerilor
- Experienta dovedita in livrarea de training-uri (domeniul IT, Administrare Afaceri sau Resurse Umane reprezinta un plus)
- Foarte bune abilitati de comunicare in limba engleza
- Excelente abilitati de comunicare
- Cunostinte avansate de Microsoft Office
- Foarte bune abilitati organizatorice, atentie la detalii,
- Persoana energica, extrovertita, capacitatea de a crea relatii cu diferite nivele de management
- Experienta in achizitii, gestionarea grupurilor de invatare constituie avantaj
- Implicarea in proiecte simultane constituie avantaj
- Disponibilitatea de a calatori
