Job responsibilities:
-Client tax work for large, small and medium companies (tax consultancy, maintenance of client relationships, tax projects, organization of tax process, etc.)
- Generation of new ideas and tax solutions
- Preparation of presentations for clients
- Research and writing client tax advice and review tax advice for clients prepared by assistants and senior assistants
- Maintain active communication with clients to manage expectations and help ensure client satisfaction
- Act as coach and mentor to other tax professionals

Requirements:
- In-depth knowledge of Romanian tax and accounting legislation
- Knowledge of accounting standards
- Fluent English
- Strong skills with MS Office software
- Strong analytical skills and team-work experience
- At least 2 - 5 years of tax/accounting experience within an audit/advisory firm or internal tax/audit department
-Strong management skills / Ability to organize and lead team work
- Experience in building good client work relationships
