- Supervise the existing tax seniors and accountants in a group of companies
- Provide technical advice to the accounting department and provide technical back up to external auditors
- Provide technical support to corporate and division tax staff
- Research and consult on complex tax matters
- Manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on taxation according to fiscal regulation and internal procedures
-Implement and update internal tax procedures for the hole group
- Understand and manage firm risk on tax services and proposals for optimization
- Provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise
- Implement tax-planning strategies
- Economic Degree (ASE), Finance & Accounting Degree
- Master/ specialization in Tax would be a strong plus
- Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting
- Minimum 2 years working experience in tax advisory
- Relevant audit experience in TAX Audit ¿ a strong plus
- Strong technical knowledge in various areas of direct and indirect taxation
- Must be able to work independently and possess good inter-personal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment
- Fluent in English
- MS Office knowledge
