- Management of fiscal revision projects
- Supervising the consultancy projects and reviewing them from a qualitative perspective before sending them to the Partner for approval
- Participating at client meetings, with or without the Partner
- Monitoring the number of worked hours for each project and establishing the invoice value with the Partner
- Organization of internal trainings
- Evaluating the subordinates
- Participating at the tax consultants recruiting process
- Representing the department in the absence of the Partner
- Economic university degree
- Strong knowledge of accountancy / fiscality
- Solid knowledge of audit
- Knowledge of legislation and law represents an advantage
- Former work experience - at least 5 years
- Former work experience in an audit company represents an advantage (2 years minimum)
- Availability for occasional business trips
- ACCA member or student represents an advantage
- Fiscal consultant or Expert Accountant certificate represents an advantage
- Good communication abilities, able to relate with to clients
- Excellent abilities to organize and coordinate the team
- Flexibility, creativity, team spirit
- Fluent in English
