- Monitor tax compliance of subsidiariesl and representative office, disclose potential risk of business operation;
-l Monitor tax compliance of SSC, instruct SSC improve its operation on tax item.
- Investigate tax privilege applicable to subsidiaries andl representative office, organize tax planning;
- Provide tax cost and riskl analysis for key project;
- Anticipate in contract review and providel comment on tax item;
- Organize dealing with tax auditl
- Establishl good relationship with external consulting firm, collect and update tax policies in these 3 countries( Romania, Moldova and Bulgaria)
- Minimum 5 years working experience in taxl area, preferably with famous tax consultancy companies or multinational corporation experience
- Tax consultant experience;l
- Family with EUl accounting treatment related to tax issue
- Practical experience in dealingl with international tax issue
- Bachelor degree or above in tax orl accounting and professional qualification, preferably with an internationally recognized accounting qualification;
- Good communication skill andl ability in English including speaking, listening and writing.
