- supervise the existing tax seniors and accountants in a group of companies;
- provide technical advice to the accounting department and provide technical back up to external auditors;
- provide technical support to corporate and division tax staff;
- research and consult on complex tax matters;
- manage, develop, train, and mentor staff on taxation according to fiscal regulation and internal procedures;
- implement and update internal tax procedures for the hole group;
- understand and manage firm risk on tax services and proposals for optimization;
- provide innovative tax planning, consulting, and compliance expertise;
- implement tax-planning strategies.
- Economic Degree (ASE), Finance & Accounting Degree / Master/ specialization in Tax would be a strong plus;
- Minimum 5 years working experience in accounting;
- Minimum 2 years working experience in tax advisory;
- Relevant audit experience in TAX Audit – a strong plus;
- Strong technical knowledge in various areas of direct and indirect taxation;
- Must be able to work independently and possess good inter-personal and communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly; growing, fast-paced, interactive, results-based team environment;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Good knowledge of MS Office.
