- Propose upgrade scenarios and ensure maintenance of all the applications in the domain, in line with the objectives and processes defined
- Analyses HR systems, creates requirement and specifications in order to improve their performances and focuses on the output
- Works as a communication interface between the HR and the IT departments. Gathers the HR along with the IT applications , identifies, focuses and follows up on solutions implementations
- Analyses HR applications (their efficiency, operating bugs, and system malfunction) and offers ideas for upgrading HR programs
- University degree in Computer Science or similar (Technical) or student in final year of study
- Good analysis and design skills and involvement across the full project lifecycle (focus on creating requirements specifications and running test cases)
- HR processes awareness
- Advanced excel skills
