Reporting to Application Manager succesful candidate will be responsible for gathering business needs and translate them to the system for successful delivery of IS services and solutions.
More specifically he/she will:
Gather requirements, analyze, design the solution and implement the changes in the system according to PepsiCo methodology and system guidelines;
Communicate proactively with the user to involve him in the different stages on the implementation life-cycle (gather user requirements, validate analysis and systems changes, user acceptance test, post implementation follow-up);
Work with the rest of the application and technology team to evaluate any change on the system;
Provide second level support for all applications (manage enhancements, fix bugs,etc..);
Help business to utilize fullest potential of ERP.
Assist Application Manager on the relationship with Business Customer;
Manage the Operational Production Acceptance documentation, which includes; run books, backup and restore procedures, support information and application specific documentation.
University degree preferably in Informatics or Polytechnics;
Minimum 4 years I.T. experience (Windows Operating Systems) out of which 3 years DB Experience (MSSQL - Oracle);
Very good analytical skills;
Team spirit, achievement drive, problem solving attitude;
High level of customer service;
Microsoft SQL Server certifications would be an advantage;
Crystal Reports / Business Objects would be an advantage;
Fluent in English.
