- Perform source planning for the team;
- Provide technical input for quotation;
- Enforce know how transfer and set up of lab competence;
- Ensure adequate trainings, tools and standards;
- Ensure the correct implementation of customer requirements in projects;
- Identify new development methods and make use of group standards;
- Support audits;
- Ensure state of the art engineering by using suitable technology/methods and following defined standards;
- Keep regular contact with other project departments involved;
- Support communication of the team with SW/HW departments;
- Presentation of the test results and findings to the development team and to the customer;
- If necessary, test support on site with the customer.
-University degree in a relevant specialization;
- Several years of experience in the area of “automotive electronics”;
- Excellent English language skills;
- Medium knowledge of German language (written and spoken);
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills;
- Ability to lead, to motivate and balance a team;
- Ability to work under pressure;
- Knowledge of test concepts, test strategies and validation;
- Experience in the handling of test equipment;
- Knowledge of automotive network-systems functionality;
- Knowledge of hardware/software interfaces;
- Willingness to attend job training in Germany for several months.
