RESPONSABILITATI

-System Support Specialist is primarily responsible for finding solutions, workarounds and/or fixes in order to maintain and improve the functionality of the systems as part of the 2nd line support;
- Test fixes and patches received from 3rd line support before applying in production, provides feedback and if it's possible solutions to the different issues that can appear during testing, contributes to the designing and developing of the user documentation manuals for his/her are of expertise


CERINTE

-University degree or student
-Minimum 6 months in IT or application testing
-High level of problem solving, ability to cope with change, customer oriented behavior
