RESPONSABILITATI

- Maintains high availability for all systems;
- Performs troubleshooting and systems optimizations;
- Provides on going support for company users;
- Set up new workstations, upgrades HW & SW components and computers.


CERINTE

- University degree in Electronics, Computer Science or similar;
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows NT/2000/XP;
- Basic knowledge of networking services and protocols (DHCP, WINS, Netbios, TCP/IP, IPX/SPX, DNS);
- Basic knowledge LAN equipment and Firewall processes;
- Excellent analytical and problem solving skills;
- Excellent communication and teamwork;
- Good command of English.
